When you ask us to work with you we will record information about you, including but not limited to:

- In order to fulfil the Contract you have signed with us and provide the service you have asked us to provide

When you apply to Cleanhome to go on our ‘recommended self employed cleaners’ database we will ask you to agree to the Cleanhome Privacy Policy and thereby give consent to the processing of your personal information. If you decline to agree to this Policy/give us this consent, we regret that we will not be able to add you to our recommended cleaner database
To enable us to assist you in finding appropriate work, we will gather personal information about you from our registration process. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Your name
- Your address
- Your contact information including your telephone numbers and email address
- Your date of birth and National Insurance number (for identification checking purposes)
- Your previous work experience and any reference details
- On occasions we may also record sensitive information such as details of criminal convictions.
